The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on all aspect of training analysis, design, development, assessment and quality for allocated MVR projects.
• Lead on all aspect of requirements and acceptance, including management plans and associated project documentation for allocated MVR projects.
• Support customers with training analysis, design, development, assessment and quality consultancy and deliverables.
• Support customers with requirements and acceptance consultancy and deliverables.
• Support the CTO (as the accountable member of Senior Leadership Team (SLT)) on all aspects of MVR solution/service safety, security and environmental requirements through formal acceptance activities and reporting.
• Manage assigned MVR and external contractor staff in support of key responsibilities.
• Support wider MVR activities on Training Technology, organisational development and R&D.
• Support MVR bids and business development activities as requested.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• MoD DSAT Training Courses.
• MoD Introduction to Defence Simulation.
• BPSS/SC Security Clearance (plus NNPPI and PSA/Atomic where required).

Experience:

• Training, requirements and data analysis.
• Effective Communication (written and verbal) and Interpersonal Skills.
• Facilitation Skills with ability to deliver training sessions and workshops.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Planning and organisation.
