For this Lead Unreal Developer position, we are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our VR Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to collaborate with the R&D team and contribute to ongoing and new defence and private sector projects. The role offers significant exposure to innovative and will require close cooperation with both the VR and R&D teams.
As the Lead Unreal Developer, your primary responsibility will be the structure and delivery of XR projects for clients in both the defence and private sectors, with a focus on Unreal Engine development. However, this position will also provide the opportunity to broaden your expertise in other technologies. MVR is committed to continuous development and offers training opportunities for developers looking to
diversify their skill set across areas such as web, mobile development, augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI).
In addition to project development, you will take on an important secondary role involving horizon scanning—identifying and evaluating new opportunities to apply XR technologies. Your insights will contribute to modernising training solutions, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of client programs while supporting their long-term goals. This role is ideal for someone eager to lead and innovate within an

The Software Engineer is a hands-on technical role supporting the implementation, integration, validation, and documentation of solutions across Defence, R&D and Public sector bid work, demonstrations, and delivery activities.
The role works closely with the Lead Software Engineer, XR and cross functional teams to convert technical concepts and architectures into working prototypes, reusable components, documented integrations and delivery-ready solutions. The role is intentionally a broad technical position, it includes applied AI integration, real-time application development, general software engineering, API integration, technical documentation, testing, and deployment support.
